Your data is only used by us to facilitate your membership and your meeting experiences. You get to control what data you enter is shared with the AI. Otherwise, your data is always secure up to the most rigorous standards and is never shared or sold to any other parties.

There is a set of BoardroomIQ Introductory meetings that we recommend you complete first. The Initial Consultation meeting will help you navigate the platform and should even recommend which meetings to complete next. The Goals meetings will also help you set a plan for your business’ growth and the KPIs meeting will allow your chosen board members to better understand your current position and chart a path forward.

Yes, one of our platform’s unique features is the ability to customize the expertise, background, and even personality traits of your AI board members. This customization ensures that the strategic advice you receive is aligned with your specific business needs and industry. Basic users can generate images for 12 board member avatars per month and Pro users can generate images for 24 board member avatars per month.

BoardroomIQ is currently configured to allow 1 user to interact with 6 different AI board members per meeting.

For Pro subscribers only, this feature allows your AI board members to remember what has been discussed or decided in previous meetings. Even if you explore different meetings over a span of time, your new board members will remember what you covered in previous meetings.

Yes. They will appear on your meeting list in the meeting manager at the top of the sidebar. This gives you the option to resume these meetings and pick up wherever you left off.

All of your meetings are saved unless you delete them. Simply head over to the meeting listed on the sidebar to see your meeting history.

Yes. Summaries are generated after each meeting as long as you click the "end meeting" button. You can also get them emailed to you automatically by enabling this as a notification.

Yes. The Action Items Manager allows you to approve action items suggested by the AI and mark the due dates. You can also enable notifications for this, which will automatically email you with updates on upcoming due dates and overdue items.

Yes. Navigate to the Meeting Settings page, as well as the personal profile and company profile, where you can toggle on and off what data you want to share with your AI board members.

We offer both Basic and Pro subscription plans, each designed to fit different business needs and sizes. Our Basic plan offers access to a moderate number of advisory sessions per month (based on your actual usage), while the Pro subscription provides double the amount of AI usage, along with additional features such as Cumulative Meeting Memory and access to Periodic Review meetings. You can choose to be billed monthly or annually.

The Basic subscription has a usage cap of 600,000 tokens per month (nearly half a million words processed by the AI). The Pro subscription has a usage cap of 1,200,000 tokens per month (nearly 1 million words processed by the AI).

The 3 main benefits in a Pro subscription, which are not available for Basic users, are access to the Periodic Business Review meetings, Cumulative Meeting Memory, and double the usage (as well as being able to purchase additional usage as needed).

Tokens must be used up within the month that they are allotted to you. They do not roll over to the next billing period. The only exception is if you purchase additional usage with a one-time payment. Top up tokens that are purchased with a separate one-time payment do not expire but require an active subscription to use.

Yes, but only if you are a Pro subscriber, in which case you can top up your usage whenever you need it.

Yes, our subscriptions operate on an automatic renewal basis to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. Upon signing up and selecting your preferred plan, the subscription fee is billed monthly or annually (depending on your chosen billing cycle) to the payment method you provide. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal date, giving you full control over your subscription.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (either monthly or yearly), allowing you to access the platform until then. There are no cancellation fees, providing you with the flexibility to choose what's best for your business.

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial that gives you limited access to explore the core features and capabilities of our platform. You can cancel anytime within the 7 days to avoid being charged.
